市场经济体制下江南地区大城市周边小城镇的发展特点、问题和建议——以无锡县洛社镇为例

Developing Characteristics, Problems and Proposals on Small Towns on Metroplitan Fringe in Southern Yangtze river Areas in Current China under Mnrket Economy System——Exampled on Luoshe Smsll Town in Wuxi Couty

本文以市场经济体制为背景,以长江三角洲经济发达地区——江南小城镇为对象,结合无锡市城内洛社镇实例,提出大城市周边小城镇发展的五大特点,并针对五个方面的问题进行分析、提出建议,旨在对有效地指导当今小城镇规划实践,并为制定区域宏观的社会经济发展战略和相关政策措施提供参考。

Based on the example of Luoshe Town planning in Wuxi couty in Jiangshu province, this paper concludes 5 main developing characteristics of small towns on metropolitan fringe, analyses its problems and gives personal proposals in view of 5 aspects, for the purpose of providing some refernce to guiding current small town planning practices efficiently and to formulating regionalmacro strategies of social economic deyelopment and policy making.
