摘要
本文分析了城市规划与地价动态变化的关系,探索了动态地价评估的思路和技术方法,提出并详细介绍了利用信息系统和专家征询法监测城市规划实施过程中地价变化及其评估的方法和步骤,并在上虞市等地的应用中取得较为满意的结果。
this paper, the authors discuss the re1ationship between urbrn planningand the change of land value. Some ways to nionitor the change of land value have been put forward according to geographical information system and specialist’s consultation. Some satisfied results have been got in the application in Shangyu city.
