摘要
在社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立的过程中,我国城市商业设施在其计划、规划、建设、经营与管理等各个环节中已发生了新的变化。本文在对商业设施规划建设过程中的产权利益,市场关系及运作模式等进行理性分析的基础上,探讨了“自上而下与自下而上双约互动理论”,以推进和完善城市商业设施的规划建设。
In the process of setting up socialist market-economy system, there are much changes has been taken in Chinese urban commercial facilities planning,construction, administration and management. Based on the analysis on productive right benefit, market relationship and practical model in commercial facilities’ construction process, the paper expounds the theory of ’Doubel directional mutual effect’ to the purpose of pushing its planning and construction.
