摘要
碳纤维材料具有高强、轻质、抗腐蚀、耐疲劳等优点 ,因而被越来越广泛地应用于结构的改造加固中。为此 ,在对 2 0根碳纤维加固混凝土梁进行抗弯试验的基础上 ,本文对加固后梁的极限承载力、刚度、延性等进行了研究 ,认为采用碳纤维加固后 ,以上指标均得到提高。并且对碳纤维布加固设计的原则及方法 ,施工步骤及要点进行了阐述。最后 ,通过一具体工程加固实例 。
CFRP have attracted increasing interest in repairing and strengthening of structures. The advantages of utilizing CFRP in engineering over conventional materials are summarized as, high strength to weight ratio, good resistance to corrosion and fatigue, and great dimensional and thermal stability. Based on the experiment of twenty concrete beams strengthened in bending moment with carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheets, this paper presents a study of ultimate strength, stiffness and ductility of beams, and demonstrates that all the items above are increased to some extent. Moreover, The principles and methods of reinforcement with CFRPs are also discussed. At last, an application example with CFRP is introduced. \[
