规划设计世界一流的大学校园──浙江大学新校园(基础部)概念性规划设计竞赛综述

Planning the World Top-Grade University Campus -A Summarization on the Conceptual Planning Competition for the New Campus (Basis Department) of Zhejiang University

经国务院批准，浙江大学等４所高等院校将合并组建新的浙江大学，将在新址 建设新校园（基础部），已在全国范围内组织了设计概念性、手段网络化的设计竞赛，本文 介绍了新校园规划设计的设计原则为：现代化、网络化、园林化、生态化；归纳了新校园规 划设计的经验体会，表现在以下几个方面：１）合理化的校园布局；２）安全通畅的交通流线； ３）多样复合的空间特征； ４）观赏、使用并重的景观、绿化系统； ５）独特的校园氛围； ６）可 持续的发展战略。

With the approval of State Council, four institutes of higher learning including Zhejiang University will be merged, and a new Zhejiang University will be established in its new campus (basis department) constructed at new site. The competition of campus design emphasized on conceptual design and making use of network has been organized within the whole country. The conceptual planning principles for new campus introduced in this article are: modernization; networking; gardenizing; and ecological method. The experiences of campus planning could be generalized in following aspects: (a) Rational campus layout. (b) Safe and free communication lines. (c) Diversified composite space. (d) Landscape and greening system, being laid equal stress on sightliness and practical use. (e) Peculiar campus atmosphere. (f) Sustainable strategy for development.
