法国波尔多一幢废旧的１５世纪修道院，被巧妙的改造成地方文化事务管理局， 是传统与现代相结合的尝试，局部保留原有的功能，使旧的建筑又有了新的生机和活力。

A waste and old French monastery at Bordeaux in 15th century has been ingeniously converted to the Bureau of Local Culture Affairs. It is an attempt to link the traditional with the modern. With the original function partially retained, this old building gets new vitality once more.
