摘要
招标投标中的担保制度对于确保合同的顺利履行具有重要意义。施工招投标的担保一般包括投标担保、履约担保和预付款担保。文章分析了提供这三种担保的基础、目的、定性 ,以及在实际操作中的一些问题。
The guarantee system of construction tender is very important to ensure contractors to successfully carry out contracts.Construction tender guarantees generally include bid guarantee, fulfillment guarantee and advance payment guarantee. In this article, the author analyzes the foundations, purposes and properties of these guarantees, and some problems in actual operations.
