摘要
本文采用计量化学——目标因子分析分光光度法对多组分混合体系的同时定性分析的应用进行了研究，即无需分离就可以通过计算的方法对混合物的组份数及各元素的种类进行定性分析。其中对波长数的选择，原始数据的误差和波谱中吸收峰的重叠程度等因素对组份数确定的影响进行了深入的探讨，并运用本方法对Ｌａ３＋、Ｓｍ３＋、Ｙ３＋等三种稀土混合物体系进行了定性分析。

Factor analysis-spectrophotometry was used as a method of component analysis for the absorption spectra of the three-component rare elements mixture system which were simulated by the linear combination of Lorentzian function and random errors.ln this way,qualitative analysis can be carried out without separation,i.e.the numbers of components were obtained by a mathematical algorithm,i.e.the way of chemometrics. Results showed that the choice of wavelenghs, the error of original data and the spectra over-lapping all affected the accuracy and precision. The mixture of La 3+ , Sm 3+ , Y 3+ have been analyzed.
