摘要
利用透射电镜对斑节对虾 ( Penaeus monodon) 的有髓鞘神经纤维进行了观察, 其神经纤维直径28 ~36 μm , 轴突直径约5 ~6 μm , 轴突壁是由微管组成, 这些微管形成大小不同的维管束排列在轴突的外周。髓鞘由内外膜层和中间微管层组成, 轴突位于髓鞘的一侧。髓鞘内存在液体间隙, 神经胶质细胞为椭圆形, 位于髓鞘层的外层、层间及内层, 边缘核质电子密度大, 但未观察到高嗜锇性区域。斑节对虾有髓鞘神经纤维在髓鞘结构的微管束、髓鞘、液体间隙,
Fine structures of myelinated nerve fibers of Penaeus monodon are observed under electronic microscope,myelinated nerve fibers are about 28~36?μm in diameter and the sheaths of those fibers measure about 2?μm.Axon walls are made of microtubes.Axons are about 5~6?μm in diameter.There are electron dense granules at the boarder of nucleus.High osmiophil lamellae are not found in the sheaths.
