阐述了残疾人的概念及种类，指出了残疾人体育的作用和意义，论述了残疾人体育的目的与任务，意在介绍有关残疾人体育的知识，从而引起全社会对残疾人体育的关注。
The thesis probes into the concept and classfication of disabled people physical educution firstly. Secondly, it points out the positive voles, significances,tasks and goals of disabled people physical education. And last, the thesis presents a few basic methods on disabled physical education, all of which causes society paying close atteution to it.
