摘要
本文从掷标枪的基本力学原理和解剖机制出发提出了在运动员的训练中应有针对性地、长期地进行系统的专项力量训练,因为专项力量是标枪运动成绩高水平的保障。为此,文章提出了一系列训练方法。
Based on the mechanis principal and anatomy mechanism,the thesis puts forward that javelin throwers must have a long term,aiming specific strength training.The high level performance result depends on specific strength.It also proposes a series of training methods for enhancing specific strength.
