摘要
本文的研究工作是我们在合成五元杂环化合物的系列研究工作中的一部分。主要介绍2-噻唑啉(硫)酮的氮羟甲基化反应;合成了二个新化合物N-羟甲基-2-噻唑啉酮和N-羟甲基-2-噻唑硫酮。产物元素分析,IR数据,HNMR数据和MS数据与目标分子结构相符。
As part of the study on the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds, this paper reports reactions of N-hydroxymetylation of 2-thiazolidinone and 2-thiazolidinethione. Two novel compounds, N-hydroxymethyl-2-thiazolidinone and N-hydroxymethyl-2-thiazolidinethione, are synthesized. The IR datum, HNMR datum, MS datum and elemental analysis of the products are in agreement with the molecular structure of the two compounds. The reaction mechanism is also discussed.
