以香蕉、大蕉和粉蕉吸芽茎尖培养产生的分生芽为外植体,进行液体振荡培养,不经过愈伤组织阶段直接由茎尖分生细胞,原形成层及周围维管束中产生大量的具有旺盛分裂能力的分生细胞团。弃去茎尖外植体,在相同的条件下继续培养这些游离出来的分生细胞团,经过一定孔径的筛网过滤后可建立起成分单一,具有旺盛分裂能力的胚性细胞悬浮系。
Embryogenic cell suspension of three Musa species (Xiangjiao, MusaAAA group; Fenjiao Musa AAB group ; Dajiao Musa ABB group) is directly established by using liquid medium and rotary shaker, not viacallus, The materials cultured are shoot-tips taken from the proliferated shoots of the explants of suckers. A great deal of cell globules with strong divisibility yield from shoot-tip meristematic cells. The homologous, embryogenically competent cell suspension can be established by culturing these globules in the same medium and under the same culture condition.
