高校系办公室教学管理长期以来一直采用手工方式进行 ,不但浪费了大量的人力物力 ,而且工作效率不高 ,远远不能适应 2 1世纪高等教育发展的需要 .因此 ,将计算机引入教学管理 ,实现管理手段现代化势在必行 .在阐述高校系办公室教学管理系统的开发原则基础上 ,着重论述该系统的结构与功能 .

For a long time, the teaching management in the faculties of institutions of higher education has been conducted by manual labor.This method not only wasted us lots of manpower and material resources, but also worked inefficiently, which will not meet the needs of the development of higher education in 21 century at all.Therefore, it is a trend to put the computer technology into the teaching management system so as to fulfill the modernization of means of management.Based on the statements of the development principles of teaching management system, the paper also puts special emphasis on the structures and functions of th system.
