直接荧光法测定环境水中痕量芳胺

Determination of Arylamine in Environmental Water by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry

研究了用荧光光度法直接测定环境水中痕量芳胺的新方法 .芳胺在紫外光照射下 ,激发出较强的荧光(λex=2 80nm ,λem=340nm) ,能直接进行荧光测定 .方法的检出限为 4.3μg/L ,线性范围为 0～ 2 .0mg/L ,相对标准偏差为 0 .2 8% ,回收率达 99%～ 10 1% .方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、无毒、安全 .

A new method for direct determination of two kinds of polluants, arylamine in enviromental water by fluorescence spectrophotometry was developed. For determination of arylamine the linear range and detection limit are 0～2.0 mg/L,4.3 μg/L respectively,at λ ex /λ em =280/340 nm(pH=6～12).The recorvery is between 99%～101%.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,and safe.
