摘要
本文采用聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳法分析了秋茄（Ｋａｎｄｅｌｉａ ｃａｎｄｅｌ）、白骨壤（Ａｖｉｃｅｎｎｉａｍａｒｉｎａ）、木榄（Ｂｒｕｇｕｉｅｒａ ｇｙｍｎｏｒｈｉｚａ）、桐花树（Ａｅｇｉｃｅｒａｓｃｏｒｎｉｃｕｌａｔｕｍ）、红海榄（Ｒｈｉｚｏｐｈｏｒａ ｓｔｙｌｏｓａ）等５种红树植物叶片过氧化物酶同工酶（Ｐｅｒｏｘｉｄａｓｅ Ｉｓｏｚｙｍｅｓ），发现经扫描记录后它们的酶谱图形各不相同，在峰高与峰数量上既存在种间的差异，又有同种间因生长地区各异的不同。
In this Paper, the Peroxidase isozymes in die leaves of Kandelia candel, Avicennia marina, Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Aegiceras corniculatum, Rhizophora stylosa were analysed by means of ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis. After scanning we got the map of Peroxidase Isozymes called Isozymogram. It was found that the height and number of Peaks for Peroxidase Isozymogram were dif ferent from each other not only in different species of mangroves, but the in the same species grow ing at different areas.
