摘要
探讨了不同盐度、砂培和水培条件下木揽(Bruguiera gymnorhiza)种胚萌根的情况。结果表明:砂培(黑暗)7~28d,木榄种胚的各盐度处理组均能萌根展叶;水培(昼夜交替)下的木榄种胚只能在淡水和低盐度处理中萌根;水培(全光照)下所有盐度处理均无法萌根。提示光因子对木榄种胚萌根有抑制作用,低盐度对其萌根有利。
This paper reports the rooting responses of Bruguiera grmnorhiza viviparous hypocotyl to the cultivated conditions of different salinity in Sand and water. The processes of rooting are siginificantly different between the treatment of sand (dark) and water (dark and sunlight, all - day light) for cultivating 7 to 28 days. Only in sand groups the opening and growing of cotyledons are oberserved. The results show that B. grmonrhiza is of light - growth inhibition and the seawater with a lower salinity (O.5% to 1 .5%, and freshwater as well) is of benefit to the rooting of viviparous hypocotyl.
