摘要
本文用不同浓度的溶液与绿豆共同温育,研究二价铜离子对绿豆出芽生长和其根中过氧化物酶活性的影响,结果表明:随着溶液浓度的提高,豆芽新根生长受到抑制,而过氧化物酶活性升高,新根长度与酶活性呈一定的负相关。
his paper reports the effects of divalent copper ion on the growrh and peroxidase activity of Mung bean sprouts. Mung bean sprouts are cultivated in mediums with different concentration of Cu2+ wthin the range of 5×10-5~3×10-4 mol/L. Rusults show that the growth of rootlets is inhibited and peroxidase activity increased as the concectrearion of Cu2+ increases. The rootlet’s length is in negative correlation to peroxidase activity.
