摘要
分析了变频器感应电机系统可能出现的故障工况 ,并对其中的一相开路故障进行了仿真。由仿真结果可以看出 ,在一相开路故障情况下 ,电磁转矩会出现很高的二倍频分量。低频脉动转矩的出现对系统的运行会带来不利影响 ,造成系统运行的不稳定 ,对此应通过一些控制策略如谐波注入法等进行改进。
The fault situation of inverter-induction for adjustable speed system is analyzed in the paper.The fault situation,when one phase is open,is simulated.Electromaget torque contains high two-times frequency component when one phase is open.The lower frequency pulsates torque affects the operation of inverter-induction system so that the system operation isn't stable.It can be improved by the control strategy of the harmonic injection method.
