摘要
通过对花键轴的结构分析 ,提出了杯一杆类零件当杆的断面收缩率比杯形部分断面收缩率较多 ,而成形高度又较大时的成形问题。为了优化花键轴成形工艺 ,本文提出了一种机加———冷挤压组合工艺及比较好的冷挤压毛坯形状。为类似零件的成形探索了一条行之有效的途径。
By analyzing the structure of the flower key shaft,the shaping problems of cup-shaft part are put forward when the shrinking rate of the cup part with across-section is much highen than that of shaft part.To optimize the shaping technology of the flower key shaft,a combination technology of machining-cold extruding and better semifinished products of clod extruding are introduced.The effective ways of shaping similar parts also given.
