摘要
用微量热法测定了大肠杆菌在不同温度下及大肠杆菌在四种Schiff碱药物抑制下的生长热谱,获得了该细菌在不同温度下及抑制情况下的代谢速率常数;并根据化学反应分子碰撞理论计算了该细菌的生长活化能;根据活化络合物理论模型,得到了系列热力学参数,对细菌在受到抑制时的生长代谢进行了热力学分析。在一定温度下测定不同Schiff碱药物不同浓度对大肠杆菌的作用,发现不同化合物对大肠杆菌的作用效果不同,其效果为:Zn(Ⅱ)-SG>Cu(Ⅱ)-SG>Co(Ⅲ)-SG>SG,半抑制浓度依次增大。
The thermograrns of E. coli effected by schiff base drugs at different temperatures have been determined by the LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor. According to the transition state theory of chemical reaction kinetics, multiplication rate constant K, activation energy Ea, activation entropy △S≠, activation free enthalpy △G≠ and equlibrium constant K≠ have been calculated from these thermograms and thermograms of E. coli in solutions with different concentrations of Schiff base drugs hairs ben determined by use of the LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor. the experimental results show that the sequence of antibacterial activity of Schiff base metal complexes is: Zn(Ⅱ)-SG>Cu(Ⅱ)-SG> Co(Ⅲ)-SG>SG.Their half inhibitory concentration also invrease with thes sequence.
