摘要
运用盆栽试验研究了烤烟根圈土壤和根外土壤硒的含量和形态,结果表明:烤烟根圈土壤中全硒、K2HPO4-Se和NH3·H2O-Se的含量和分配系数均高于根外上,说明烤烟根系能够选择性富集土壤中的硒,且烤烟根圈土壤中硒的有效性比根外土高。
The content and forms of selenium in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere and non-rhizospheresoil are studied in the experiment through pot cultures. The results show that the contcnt of total selemum andK2HPO1, -Se and NH3·H2O-Se in flue-cured tobacco rhizocpherc soil are higher than that in non-rhizosph-ere soil. The conclusion is thus made that the flue-cured tobacco roots can selectively cnrich selenium in soiland the availability of sclcnium in flue-cured tobacco rhizorphere soil is higher than that in non-rhizosphetesoil.
