综述了植物源害虫控制剂研究与开发成就。针对农药发展要求提出全面认识植物活性成分的方法和途径，以及在构效失系研究和综合利用杀虫植物资源方面应注意的几个问题。

This paper provides an overview of the achievements in the research and development of plant-based insect control agents. In light of pesticide development.the methods and apprcaches are advanced concerned with a comprehensive understanding of plant's active comopnds and some problems peed in the study of the bioactivity-structure relationship and in the integrate exploitation of insecticidal plant resources.
