老年大鼠海马组织中神经生长因子及其受体基因表达的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察老年大鼠海马组织中 NGF及其受体基因表达的变化。方法 :采用 RT- PCR法 ,半定量分析 2年龄大鼠海马组织中 NGF及其受体 p75 m RNA含量的变化。结果 :与正常成年 (3月龄 )大鼠相比 ,2年龄大鼠海马组织NGF m RNA含量显著下降 ,而 NGF受体 p75 m RNA的表达无明显改变。结论 :老年鼠海马 NGF基因表达明显下降 ,而其受体 p75的表达变化不明显。提示衰老可能与 Objective:To study the mRNA expression variety of NGF and its receptor in the hippocampus of aged rats. Methods: With the reverse transcription-polymerase Chain reaction (RT-PCR) method, as a hamiquantity assay, mRNA of NGF and its receptor p75 levels in the hippocampus of two-year-old rats were investigated. Results: The expression levels of NGF mRNA in the hippocampus of two-year-old rats were distinctly decreased than it in three months old rats, and the mRNA levels of NGF receptor p75 had not changed significantly. Conclusions :The expression of NGF mRNA was distinctly decreased in the aged rats, and the mRNA levels of NGF receptor p75 had not changed significantly. It suggested that the aging may relate with the decreased expression of NGF gene.
