目的 :探讨大、小鼠剖宫取胎的适应条件 ,促使大、小鼠剖宫产净化的顺利进行。方法 :采用统计学方法分析大、小鼠剖宫取胎净化过程中的大量数据。结果 :( 1)按规律准确判断妊娠天数 ,可使娩出的仔鼠成活率达到72 .5 % ;( 2 )按规律选择代乳母所养育的仔鼠断乳成活率是按随机选择代乳母所养育的仔鼠断乳成活率的 1.5 1倍。结论

Objective:To accelerate the process of mice and rats of caesarean birth purification. Methods:statistical technique is used to count up great data in the process of mice and rats of caesarean birth purification. Results:judging pregnant period accurately on the basis of laws make the survival rate of litter reach 72.5% and the weaning survival of litter which is reared by wet nurse selected according to law is 1.5 times as much as wet nurse selected at random. Conclusion:Caesarian birth suitable factors are the key that increase the survival rate of litter and the weaning survival of litter.
