摘要
目的 :探讨农村喜丧事租用餐具的卫生学状况 ,为农村餐饮具卫生管理及农村健康教育的开展提供依据。方法 :在不同季节对某农村 15家操办喜丧事的餐具按不同餐次及餐具的自然设置随机抽取 5 5 0份 ,取餐具 5× 5 cm2面积以无菌棉试子涂抹采集标本 ,送实验室做细菌培养和鉴定 ,对就餐人群做现场流行病学调查。结果 :餐具平均检出菌落数 3172个 / 2 5 cm2 (中位数 ) ;大肠杆菌检出率为 6 3.0 9% ,不同季节、不同餐次均有显著差异 ;检出致病菌 113份。人群致病菌感染率为 8.32 %。结论 :租用餐具的卫生状况较差 ,易造成胃肠传染病的流行 ,应加强此类餐饮具的卫生管理和农村健康教育、卫生知识的普及。
To explare the hygienic situation of the lease cookers during happiness and funeral arrangement in county and to provide a basis for hygienic management there Methods:550 samples were drawn out at random in different seasons from 15 families in the country according to different meals and natural arrangement of tableware Took the area of 5×5cm2 in the dinner set and smeared over the collected samples with desinfection cotton and sent them to the laboratory to cultivate bacterium and make identificution, at the same time we made epidemic investigation to the crowd having the meal Results: The results show that the hygienic situation of leased dinner set is poor, the average number of mushroom of 5×5cm2 is 3172 (medial); the percentage of tableware contaminated by coli bacillus is 63 09%; different season and meal has dramatical significance meanwhile,pathogenic bacaia strains are 113 The percentage of pathogenic bacterium is 8 32% Conclusion: The hygienic situation of leased tableware is poor and they easily lead to the widespread of stomach and intestines disease We should strengthen the hygienic management of tablenare
