应用BA-ELISA检测奶牛结核病乳汁抗体的研究

Detecting Antibody of Tubereulosis in Cow Milk by the Method of BA ELISA

本试验建立了 BA- ELISA检测牛乳中结核抗体的方法。以皮试阳性奶牛的乳样1 2头份 ,做 BA- ELISA检测 ,结果符合率达83.33% (1 0 /1 2 )。结果表明该法检测牛乳结核抗体重复性好、简洁快速、敏感性高 。

The study were conducted by establishing the method of detecting antibody of tubereulosis in cow milk by BA ELISA. The results showed as follows: By using the way of BA ELISA to detect 12 samples of milk by PPD positively detected, the rate of positive reaction was 83.33%.it was higher than that of routine ELISA test. The results suggested that this method has a good repetition, the operation is simple and convenient to detect antibody of tuberulosis in cow milk by using the method of BA ELISA. So it is worth applying in practice.
