摘要
选用家蚕分子生物学研究常用品种“大造”为轮回亲本 ,以家蚕实验遗传图上各连锁群重要的形态性状标志基因系统为供体 ,培育家蚕近等基因系。通过 1995年春至 2 0 0 0年秋连续 6年的培育研究 ,在我国首次大批育成了包含家蚕全部连锁群各 1个标志基因的近等基因系计 2 8个。其中 2 2个与轮回亲本交配次数在 10次以上 ,分别为 10~ 17次不等 ;余 6个 (均为隐性基因者 )与轮回亲本交配次数达 7~ 9次不等。利用育成的近等基因系进行RAPD分析及克隆鉴定 ,目前已得到
In a six-year study, 28 near isogenic lines (NILs) of silkworm (Bombyx mori) were developed with 'Dazao', the silkworm race frequently used in molecular biological study, as the recurrent parent and the marker gene system with important morphological characters on the linkage groups of the experimental hereditary map as the donors. Each of the NILs contains one marker gene for a linkage group. Twenty-two NILs were mated with the recurrent parent for 10 to 17 times and the other 6 for 7~9 times. They were subjected to RAPD analysis and cloning identification, and up to the present time the molecular markers of the target genes of 8 NILs have been obtained.
