摘要
选用 12个甘薯杂交组合的 136个品系的无性 1代和 2代的 7个农艺性状与鲜重进行相关分析和通径分析 ,并估算其遗传率。结果表明 ,大中薯重在两代的选择中都是重点考虑的因素。鲜薯重、大中薯重、地上部重等经济性状的遗传率不高 。
Correlation and path analyses were made of 7 agronomic characters and fresh weight in the first and second asexual generation of 136 strains derived from 12 cross combinations of sweet potato (Ipomoea batata Lam.) and their heritability was estimated. It is suggested that priority should be given to the weight of big-sized and middle-sized tubers in selection in the two early generations. Fresh tuber weight, big-sized and middle-sized tuber weight and vine yield showed low heritability, indicating that in selection work in the early generations, selection for these characters should be combined with other agronomic characters.
