摘要
建立了近中试规模的生物质资源高压连续输送装置 ,通过将生物质资源与水混成浆料的方法实现了生物质资源的高压连续输送 ,浆料的固含量可达 10 % (wt)以上 ,压力可达 40 MPa,最大浆料供应量为 2 .4L / h。
Supercritical and near-critical water have been proved to have a great potential in the conversion of biomass to chemicals. As biomass are in solid state and in large quantity, only continuous processes can be employed in treating them effectively and economically. For a process under high pressure, continuous transportation of the solid material is a very serious problem. In this work, a pilot-scale continuous high-pressure slurry transportation system was developed to transport the biomass-water slurries. It could be used to pressure up to 40 MPa, maximum solid content of slurry up to 10% (wt) and maximum amount of slurry transportation 2.4 L/h. Detail descriptions of the system were made and experiences on adjusting and running the system were presented. Actual continuous runs of cellulose microcrystalline, cellulose powder, rice hull, TOFU wastes and rice bran have been made. The possibility of continuous transportation of biomass under high pressure up to 40 MPa was confirmed.
