摘要
用改良刮制法研究了水稻剑叶的气孔密度。结果表明,水稻剑叶中部的气孔密度通常高于基部和尖部,而基部与尖部之间气孔密度的大小却没有一定规律;剑叶气孔密应最高值出现的位置因类型而异,最小值的位置通常位于叶基或叶尖。一般情况,剑叶中部的气孔密度与剑叶的平均气孔密度较接近,可用来代表整个叶片的气孔密度。各类型水稻剑叶气孔密度的分布具有明显的不均匀性,其变化形式各异,变化图形曲线存在着峰和谷。
Using Improved serape-making method, the studies were made on the stomatal density of flag leaves of rice. The results indicated that the stomatal density in the mid-part of a flag leaf was generally larger than that in the base-part and tip-part. But regular pattern of the distributions among the base-part or the tip-part has not been found. The part of the largest stomatal density of the flag leaf was different among types, but the part of the smallest stomatal density was always found in the base-part or tip-part. Generally, the stomatal density of the mid-part was close to that of the average level in a flag leaf, so it could be used to represent the value of whole leaf. The results also suggest that the distribution of the stomatal density of the flag leaf among the types has remarkble differences, of which the change forms were various. The peak and valley of the curve change were also found.
