HPLC法测定草香胃康胶囊中大黄酚含量

Determination of Chrysphanol in Caoxiang Weikang Capsule by HPLC

目的 :为草香胃康胶囊建立专属性含量测定方法。方法 :采用 HPL C法测定。色谱柱 :Inertsil ODS- 3柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (82∶ 18) ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm。结果 :大黄酚在进样量为 0 .0 5～ 0 .5 0μg· 10μl- 1 范围内呈良好的线性关系 ;平均加样回收率为 98.85 % ,RSD为 0 .73% (n=6 )。结论 :本法操作简便 ,易行 ,具有实用性。

Objective:To establish a special determinaction method for Caoxiang Weikang Capsule Method:Using HPLC with ODS 3 column,Methyl 0 1% phosphoric acid solution(82∶18) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 254nm Rusults:The linerarity was good within the range of 0 05～0 50μg·10μl -1 (r=0 9999) The average recovery were 98 85% and RSD 0 73%(n=6) respectively Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and accurate
