以富阳市江北区的治涝规划为例 ,从具体分析受涝成因入手 ,提出兼顾各方面要求的治涝规划方案 ,并通过水文分析及水利计算 。

This paper puts forward the waterlogging drainage plan scheme in consideration of each requirement regard the waterlogging drainage plan of northern river district in Fuyang as a case and from beginning with analysis of waterlogging cause.The quantitative basis for plan scheme is provided through hydrological analysis and hydraulic calculation.
