摘要 三峡双线五级永久船闸是当今世界上规模最大的船闸,闸室薄壁衬砌墙厚1.5m,高49m,净宽34m,工艺要求高,施工难度大,不安全因素多,工序复杂且干扰大,工期紧,为了浇出内实外光的混凝土,工程技术人员研制出“薄壁衬砌墙单侧分离式液压不骨模”,解决了诸多施工和技术难题。 The double-way and five-step shiplock at the Three Gorges Project will be ever the largest one in the world. The chamber has a thin lining wall of only 1.5 m in thickness, with a height of 49 m. The contractor for this project developed a construction technique by a separate hydraulic slipform to offset the complicated technical problems arising from the higher requirements in workmanship, construction difficulties, numerous unsafe factors, complex procedures and heavy interruption and tight schedule in the construction of the thin lining walls.
