永久船闸对撑式滑模设计与施工

摘要 三峡永久船闸边墙分为混合式和衬砌式结构,其中衬砌式结构混凝土厚度1.5-2.4m,岩石布置有排水管网、高强锚杆和锚束,高强锚杆外伸至距混凝土面仅5cm,其施工准备和混凝土入仓都很困难,北线三闸室采用跨度为34m的对撑式滑模施工,墙背准备工作一次完成,墙面准备工作利用滑模桁架作操作平台,并采用活动料斗卸混凝土,从而以高速、优质、经济的工艺解决了衬砌墙施工难题。 The Three Gorges shiplock has both the composite and the lining structural walls. The latter has a concrete lining thickness ranging from 1.5 m to 2.4 m, with a drain network over the rock surface, high strength anchor bars projecting only 0.5 m out of the rock, and tendons, which brought about difficulties in construction preparation and placement of concrete. For the construction of the northern chamber No. 3, an opposite-support slipform was used with a span of 34 m. The wall face was prepared on the operation platform attached to the trusses of the slipform, and also movable hoppers used, so as to tackle the difficulties in the construction of the lining wall by a high speed, good quality and economic approach.
