摘要
全断面双护盾 TBM 掘进机及其配套的六角形管片设计不适宜用于土层、断层破碎带、溶洞与膨胀岩等不良地质条件的施工, 然而在长隧洞中,往往很难避免上述不良地质条件,只有进行有效的事后处理,才能保证隧洞安全输水,同时也拓宽了该类掘进机的使用范围. 在万家寨引黄工程总干线 #6、#7、#8 隧洞施工过程中 采用 TBM 法施工通过 Q、Q黄土洞段和 N2 红粘土洞段时针对所出现的施工质量缺陷进行了有效的处理.
Double-shield Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and honeycomb segment design are not fit for the construction under some unfavorable geological conditions, such as earth section, fracture zone of fault, karst and swelling rock etc. However, these unfavorable conditions are usually unavoidable during the construction of long tunnel. Effective defect treatment is the only way to ensure safe tunnle operation. Thus, this kind of TBM can be used in a more extensive area.TBM construction method was adopted in No.6 No.7 and No.8 tunnels of main trunk Line of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project for passing through Q_2 an Q_3 loess section and N2 red clay section. This paper provides detailed description of the quality defects encountered and relevant dealing measures.
