摘要
详细论述了海洋工程结构中模糊不确定性因素的存在及在结构分析、设计中考虑的必要性 ,模糊性也会引起结构的可靠性问题 ,因此结构的可靠性应是考虑随机性和模糊性两种不确定性因素的结果 。
This paper amplifies the existence of fuzzy uncertain factors in ocean engineering structure and the necessity to consider them in the analysis and design of structure. Fuzziness can also bring the reliability problems of structure. The reliability of structure, namely the fuzzy random reliability or the generalized reliability, should be the results of the two uncertain factors: randomicity and fuzziness.
