文中针对传统基于实例推理系统中实例的被动等待被检索的问题，提出将实例构造为具有知识、目标和能力的可自主运行的实例智能体，从而可以提高实例推理系统的性能和问题求解能力，并详细讨论了实例智能体的结构、推理过程和实例智能体之间的协商过程．

On the basis of problem that the cases in the case-based reasoning system are to be waited to retrieval. the paper proposed an autonomy case intelligent agent which consists of the case with the knowledge, goal and ability. It can improves the Performance and Problem solving ability of case-based reasoning system. The structure. reasoning Process and cooperation process of case intelligent agent was discussed in the paper.
