This paper introduces how to build the Interface library between MATLAB's math library and Windows applications via Windows DDL technique in Visual C++ programming environment，and takes VC and VB programming environment as examples to explain in details how to quote the interface library in C-like programming language (VC，VB，Delphi，PowerBuilder and so on).
