摘要
我国运输科技水平不断提高 ,成果显著 ,但创新体系还不够健全 ,根据国外运输技术发展的趋势和动向 ,应加快建立我国完整的运输业的技术创新体系和运行机制 ,培育运输技术市场 ,引进技术 ,培养人才 。
There has been an outstanding improvement of the technology in field of transportation. However an architecture of innovation is still to be completed and there exist many weaknesses. A complete mechanism for technical innovation in field of China's transportation should be established in accordance with the developing trend of foreign transportation technology.
