开放式CAI软件更能体现教师授课特色。在讨论开放式CAI软件中资源管理方式的基础上，提出了一种与开放式CAI软件相适应的资源管理框架，并给出了该框架的具体实现。

By means of an open CAI software, characteristics of a teacher's lessons can be reflected. Based on the discussion of modes of resources management in an open CAI software, an appropriate framework is presented. In addition, concrete implementation of that framework is given.
