试验了不同的浸出剂和氧化剂对金川镍矿氧化矿中Ni和Cu浸出性能的影响。当以3%H_2SO_4+2%FeCl_3作浸出剂时,Ni和Cu的回收率分别达到70%和56%。提高浸出温度和预先焙烧均不能提高浸出率。加入粘结剂造粒柱浸的结果表明,以稀H_2SO_4淋浸,Ni和Cu的回收率分别达到50.5%和50.1%
The effects of various leaching reagents and oxidants on nickel and copper leaching behaviours in the Jinchuan nickel oxidized ore were examined. When using 3% H2S()4 and 2% FeCl3 as leaching reagent, the recoveries of Ni and Cu reached 70% and 56% respectively. Increasing the leaching temperature and the preroasting-leaching process showed to be unsuitable for this ore. The results of column leaching of the granulated material with the binder showed that the recoveries of Ni and Cu reached 50.5% and 50.1% respectively, when the dilute H2SO4 used.
