摘要
从混凝土流变性和稳定性出发 ,研究了混凝土的可泵性和喷敷性。采用正交试验设计法 ,通过流变性试验、稳定性试验和实际泵送试验 ,确定了湿式泵送混凝土的材料及其优化配比 ,优选外加剂品种及最佳掺量。介绍了水泥裹砂 (石 )法对混凝土性能的影响和研制的WSP型螺杆泵式湿喷机。
This paper makes a study of pumpability and shotability-clingability of concrete on the basis of the rheidity and stability of concrete. Orthogonal experimental design is used to determine the materials to be used in wet-concrete pumping and their optimized proportion, selection of additives and optimized quantity. All these are obtained through rheidity experiments, stability experiments and actual pumping experiments. The paper also introduces the impact of cement with gravel on the property of concrete as well as the newly developed WSP screw pump type wet-concrete shoting machine.
