摘要
本文叙述了采用APDC-SH-1萃取色层分离技术,并用溶液干渣光谱法测定15种纯净稀土氧化物(镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、钇的氧化物)中9种非稀土金属杂质(铁、镍、铜、铅、锌、镉、钼、钒、锰)的纯度分析方法。该方法测定下限为0.80—4.00μg/g,回收率80%—118%。相对标准偏差(RSD)4%—20%。样品对照结果基本符合。方法准确、灵敏,操作简便,且成本低廉,便于厂矿推广应用。
In this article , a new method is described for the determination of the trace amount of 9 non-REE impurities (Fe,Ni,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Mo,V and Mn) in 15 pure individual REE (La, Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu and Y) oxides by chemical spectrograph-ic method after separation with APDC -SH-1 extraction-chromatography. The determination limit is 0. 80-4. 00 μg/g, the recovery is 80-118% and the RSD is 4 - 20%.
