摘要
为降低原煤成本、减轻工人劳动强度、建设高产高效矿井,晓南矿在西三403综采工作面进行支护工艺改革,采用树脂药卷、螺纹钢锚杆、加钢筋梯、金属网联合支护取代12#矿用工字钢梯形棚支护,取得了良好的效果,为回采巷道锚杆支护及综采低采高高产高效生产创造了一条新的途径。
The reformation of the supporting techniques was carried oat in the full mechanized coal mining working face Xisan 403 of Xiaonan Mine to decrease the cost of the raw coal, reduce the labor intensity and construct highly production and highly efficienty mines, where the associated supporting composed of the resin power stick, the whorl Steel bolt, the Steel ladder and the metal web replaced 12# I bar trapeziform shed supporting, and the excellent performance was attained, which put forward a new method for bolt supporting and high production and efficienty thin coal mining full-mechanized mining in working roadway.
