在激光应用中需要精确、快速测量所用激光的波长,本文介绍了一种测量激光波长的方法,其光路基于斐索干涉仪,并通过光路准直与滤波而产生平行干涉条纹, 通过线阵 CCD采集并经计算机处理后能够以较高的精度测量激光波长.
It usually need to measure the wavelength of laser by an accurate and fast means, we have developed an instrument to measure laser wavelength. The optical design is based on a Fizeau wedge interferometer, which together with spatial filtering and collimating optics is used to produce a pattern of parallel fringes which is imaged on a linear photodiode array and analyzed by computer.
