摘要
由于电流在电路中运动会产生焦耳热,因而介观电路总是工作在有限的温度下.本文讨论有限温度下介观耦合电路的量子效应,结果表明电荷和电流的量子涨落和温度有关.
It is pointed out the fact that electric currents in the circuits naturally produce Joule heat, it is inevitable that the practical electric circuits are working at a finite temperature. So we discuss the quantum effects of non-dissipative mesoscopic coupled circuit at a finite temperature in this paper, the result shows that quantum fluctuations of both charge and current depends on the temperature.
