摘要
磁电子学 (或自旋电子学 )是把物理学和电子学结合起来的新兴学科 ,已成为当今的热点研究领域之一。利用磁电子学中的巨磁电阻 (GMR)效应 ,可制得新一类磁阻式传感器 -GMR传感器。与传统的磁阻式传感器相比 ,GMR传感器具有灵敏度高、可靠性好、测量范围宽、抗恶劣环境、体积小等优点 ,具有广泛的应用前景。就目前已商业化的几种GMR传感器的工作原理作一评述。
WT5”BZ]:Magnetoelectronics(spin electronics) is a cross-disciplinary field combined physics with electronics, which is an active area today. The giant magnetoresistance(GMR) sensors have been fabricated utilizing giant magnetoresistance effect. The GMR sensors have more excellent properties than conventional magnetoresistance sensors such as high sensitivity , high reliability, wider measurement range, small volume and so on. A brief description is given of the principle and performance features of GMR sensors. [WT5”HZ]
