WT5”BZ]:A CCD perphery circuit consists of a time order circuit and signal processing circuit.The design of the perphery circuit is a crucial problems of CCD application. A new processing method of CCD perphery circuit with a mixed structure of CPLD and simulation device was introduced.In addition, a deep analysis and discussion, as well as a simulation waveform of CPLD were given.
