本文根据吉林省的地貌特征、气候条件、河流概况，分析了各区域的降雨、蒸发、径流、暴雨洪水、泥沙和地下水、水质等水文特性．

In this paper, based on the geomor phologic characteristic, climate condition and general situation, of rivers the authors analysed hydrological characteristic of various area, including the precipition, the evaporation, the run off, the flood caused by orrential rain,the sediment,the groundnater and the water quality and so on.
